Prof. Chetan Vaman Vaidya,
Former Director, School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) New Delhi.

Prof. Chetan Vaidya is an architect planner with over 30-year long academic, research and consultancy experience of urban planning and development. In 2015, IIT Kharagpur recognized him as distinguished alumni. Presently, he is Independent Director (Non-Executive) of GIFT city Gujarat, techno-financial hub of India. He was Director of the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) New Delhi, institute of national importance during 2012-17 and was also Director of National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) during 2008-12. He has been a consultant to many international agencies on Urban development.

The student grievances are addressed to the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) at the first instance as per the laid down procedure. The student, if not satisfied with the resolution provided by the SGRC may appeal to the ombudsperson. Any unresolved matter by the SGRC within the time period prescribed will be referred to the Ombudsperson of the University.
