Tata Electronics & Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya Partner for Semiconductor Skilling

Tata Electronics and Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop a future-ready workforce for India’s evolving semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. The collaboration aims to bridge critical skill gaps by creating specialized academic curricula, joint certification programs, and industry-oriented skilling initiatives.

Through a multi-party partnership framework, Tata Electronics, alongside its partners L&T EduTech and Jacobs Solutions, will provide technical expertise to the university. The programs will focus on crucial areas like semiconductor facility engineering, infrastructure systems, project management, and logistics, ensuring students and professionals gain the practical skills needed to support India’s semiconductor infrastructure.
