Management Development Program (MDP - IV) for SS Officers of Indian Railways

06 July to 24 July, 2026

The purpose of 3 weeks MDP is to re-introduce officers to the functional workings of key railway departments and developing a strategic managerial outlook. It emphasizes coordination, teamwork, and the competencies required for branch-level leadership. Participants will gain expertise in managing technology, contracts and tenders, DAR, communication, innovation, and leadership. Delivered as a fully immersive MDP, officers will be actively engaged in all sessions and carry out a capstone project. 

By organizing this training program, Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) can strengthen its position as a premier knowledge and capacity-building institution for the transportation and logistics sector. The program will showcase GSV's expertise in rail transportation and logistics management. This engagement will enhance GSV's visibility, credibility and contribution toward developing future-ready leaders for the nation's transportation ecosystem. Executive training program re-allotted to GSV as per RB letter dated 16.01.2025 and 21.01.2025
