Advanced Management Program (AMP - III) for SG Officers

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), as a premier institution dedicated to transportation and logistics education, research, and capacity building, is organizing a two-week Advanced Management Program (AMP)-III for Indian Railway officers. The program is designed to enhance leadership preparedness, strategic thinking, and managerial excellence among officers entrusted with key operational and administrative responsibilities. By providing exposure to contemporary management practices, emerging industry trends, and best practices in transportation and logistics, the program aims to strengthen the capabilities of railway leaders to effectively address evolving sectoral challenges and contribute to the modernization and efficiency of Indian Railways.

The two-week AMP-III conducted by GSV for Indian Railway officers will strengthen leadership preparedness and managerial capabilities in the transportation and logistics sector. Through exposure to contemporary management practices, strategic thinking, and emerging industry trends, the program will enable officers to enhance operational efficiency, improve logistics planning, and drive organizational transformation. The knowledge gained will support better decision-making and innovation within Indian Railways, thereby contributing to the sector's modernization, efficiency, and sustainable growth while reinforcing GSV's role as a premier institution for capacity building in transportation and logistics.
